Soft & Powdery - Ombré Powder Brows
The Ombré Powder effect is achieved by a gradient deposit of pigment through the use of a machine. Pigment is distributed into the skin from light to dark to mimic powdered makeup. Results when healed are soft yet defined and resemble makeup.
